Our LED lighting kits use specially designed "plug and play" LED bulbs to replace the factory installed incandescent bulbs without any modifications to the wiring or the instrument cluster. HiPo Parts gauge light kits are the only kits that offer our exclusive Factory Color Match Technology. Our factory color LED bulbs emit light at the same frequency as a new incandescent bulb, only many times brighter. HiPo Economy Series II - designed for the budget conscious buyer who wants an improvement in gauge lights (up to 2x brighter) but is not concerned with retaining dimmer function. The gauge illumination bulbs in these kits include 3 LEDs per bulb for improved light output over factory installed bulbs.
HiPo Extreme Series II - offers a substantial improvement over stock gauge lighting (up to 5x brighter) while retaining limited dimmer function in most vehicles. HiPo Extreme Series II kits are available in our exclusive Factory Color and custom colors as well. The gauge illumination bulbs in these kits include 7 LEDs per bulb focused in varying directions for efficient instrument lighting.
HiPo Elite Series II - Designed for the discriminating customer who wants the absolute best lighting kit available. The HiPo Elite Series II kits use super bright LED (SMD) technology to provide lighting results (up to 8x brighter) consistent with modern vehicle dash lighting. These kits provide partial dimmer function in most vehicles. HiPo Elite Series kits are available in our exclusive Factory Color and custom colors as well. The gauge illumination bulbs in these kits include 15 LEDs per bulb focused in varying directions for superior instrument lighting.

For Optimum gauge cluster results, gauge needles should always be repainted with a true fluorescent paint. Visit our store to add our specially formulated Gauge Needle Paint to your order.
These kits supply replacement LED light bulbs for the main INSTRUMENT GAUGE CLUSTER ONLY (except 71-73 Mustang kits which include bulbs for the auxiliary gauge cluster). Customers who also wish to replace the other bulbs in their vehicle should visit the LED Bulb Applications by Vehicle section of our site to view all the bulbs available for your classic vehicle!

Make sure you read and follow the detailed instructions. The rubber o-rings are a bit fiddly and take a little practice to install correctly, but once you figure it out, you'll be happy with your new, much brighter than stock LEDs.

HiPo Elite Series II in 1968 Mustang

Factory color LED kit in 1968 Mustang was easy to install with instrument panel out of car. Used original blue filters results in lighting very similar to original color only brighter. Had all of the bulbs needed for the job. Only needed to use one of the little rubber o-rings supplied for the brake warning light as this has a different type of socket that allowed bulb to shift. Dimming works but is very limited with these bulbs (website does say "partial dimmer function"). Satisfied with results for the price.

I was hesitant on this purchase because of the price but thought id try it and im glad I went through cleaning all contacts etc. trying to improve the original and could not get it to improve much, with the new ones it put them wright were they need to be went with the stock replacement all bulbs were perfect with out any issues Thanks.

These really gave a fresh new look to my 68 Mustang instrument panel. These are bright and illuminate the cluster really well. Definitely worth the money.

Based on several recommendations from the Mustang forum, I decided to try these lights. I had some from another vendor and they were a real disappointment. I really did not want to waste more money on exaggerated claims of magic lights. Too many companies make promises they cannot come close to delivering. Well, that is not HiPo Parts! These lights really work and work well. I cannot believe the difference between stock and what I have now. I installed the Elite series 2 in my 1971 Mustang Mach I and I can honestly say that they could not be better. Both my main cluster and my center gauges look awesome. I also did the console clock so it would match. I cannot say enough positive things about these bulbs. They are really worth every penny that I paid. Thank you HiPo Parts!

This is overall a good product, but I had to use the warning light off the old cluster since this would not accept a bulb even after trimming the spring.

Elite II for 1965 Mustang

I purchased the Elite II for my 1965 Mustang. Before I was unable to see the dash lights at all at night. I got the factory color and they were perfect. The instructions were easy to follow. Now the lights are bright and easy to see. I recommend the LED's

I heard about these on the forums and decided to try them. WOW! These ELITE SERIES 2 lights made my cheap Amazon bulbs look like a pathetic joke. Kit came with great directions and they were easy to install. I bought the red paint for the needles as well. The needle paint and the factory color lights work really well together to wake up my dash. I can see my gauges at night!!!! Great products. I will be back for the rest of the lights for my car.

Elite II for '67 Mustang

I bought and installed the Elite II bulbs and the difference was night and day over the incandescent bulbs. I assumed I could dim them if to bright but couldn't get brighter if to dim, so I went with top of the line. Intensity is impressive, color is spot on, and they dim almost as well as incandescent. 100% recommend these LED's.

I purchased the Extreme series II for my 68 Mustang. Installed per the instructions and they work perfectly. Very satisfied! I highly recommend.
