This is a premium plastic H7 type male headlight plug kit w/ terminals.  This plug reproduces the same connector ends found on most high beam lamps used in vehicles with quad headlights, including the common 5 3/4" round high beam lamp (H5001), the 100x165 rectangular high beam lamp (H4651), and the halogen replacement lights available for most cars built before the 1980s.    

This connector is ideal for connecting to a factory installed wiring harness, fabricating extension harnesses, and other custom harness builds.  This connector is designed for 12V-16V automotive applications.  The terminals can accommodate 18-14ga wires with ease.  These plugs are often paired with a Ceramic H7 Socket Kit to bulb a high temp extension harness when using Xenon lights, HID, and other high output bulbs.  For those applications that require a little extra wire, we also offer this socket pre-wired with quality 14ga US made wiring pigtail.

This product is offered with the classic muscle car restorers and vehicle customizers in mind.  This socket kit is a great way to connect to existing head lamp wiring without splices or modifications.
